For well over a month now, Potentiators have been working from home and adapting to our New Normal. We continue to focus on the wellbeing of our team and have a variety of support tools in place as we navigate these unchartered waters. These include an online forum, weekly check-ins, an employee pulse, a wellbeing app and 'I-social-ation' activities :).
Our clients have been impacted at varying levels and due to the diverse nature of our client base we are seeing all ends of the spectrum. Our unwavering commitment to supporting our clients during this time continues with the provision of many resources available to our clients (you can see some of them here).
As always, should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us: [email protected]

To our partners, colleagues & friends around the world,
As Coronavirus continues to impact people and businesses across the globe, we want to share the business continuity plans we have already put in place. These will allow us to continue to support you with the technology and research solutions you need during these unprecedented and uncertain times.
At Potentiate, the health, safety and experience of our people, partners and customers is our top priority. Like all businesses, we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and taking guidance from the various global and local health authorities and governments in the countries in which we are located.
Currently, there is no no impact on the delivery of services or projects, but have the following contingency plans in place to ensure we can continue to meet your requirements.
What we are doing?
1. Globally, our teams have been set up to work securely from home. Potentiators have the option to continue coming into the office or working from home, as they choose. In France and Germany, home working is already in place.
2. All Potentiators have video conferencing software (Microsoft Teams), so we can continue to have ‘face to face’ conversations. We are advocating that all meetings, both internally and with our clients, are conducted via video conferencing (rather than face to face) for the foreseeable future.
3. Our operations teams are spread across our global offices, meaning we can continue to operate should one or more offices need to close for a period of time.
How can we help?
As we move towards digital forms of communication, we are here to advise and support you with all your research needs. Now, more than ever, it is important for us all to listen to how people are feeling, so we can act with empathy and understanding.
We will continue to keep you updated as this situation evolves and remain committed to supporting you through this challenging time.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
