Potentiators Melissa Riley, Ante Grabovac and Amanda Roach have all been promoted this month as Head of Client Services, Solutions Engineer and Growth Hacker respectively, as part of a broader growth plan for Potentiate.

As Head of Client Services, Melissa will lead the Customer Experience and Insight Community account teams and will be responsible for driving ongoing innovation and value-based solutions for our clients. Mel has been with Potentiate for over 5 years and is renowned for her client obsession, superior critical-thinking and enthusiasm for collaboration across the entire business.  

As Solutions Engineer, Ante will lead the way by designing our technical solutions for our clients, so we can make their lives easier and more effective.  Ante is one of our longest-standing Potentiators, having been with the business for over 20 years.  He is intensely passionate about our clients’ success and onboarding our new partners with the levels of security and support that come with a Potentiate partnership.

As Growth Hacker, Amanda expands her purview into our digital marketing team.  Amanda will continue to lead our creative team and will be a dynamic energy behind our marketing activities, covering everything from SEO through to campaign execution. Amanda has been with Potentiate for over 6 years and has an excellent aptitude for project planning and execution, always striving for better outcomes.
